Download tecno flash tool from here
Extract(unzip) firmware(flash file) and tecno flash tool
Run SWD_AfterSales.exe and click settings button icon
click load button then select scatter.txt inside the firmware(flash) folder of the device you want to flash it
choose/select either Firmware Upgrade, FormatAll, and Download, Back and recovery Download, and Download only, reserve user data from the drop menu
click on confirm button then click start button icon wait for Checksum process complete
