How to Network Unlock Your OPPO Phone

Retrieve your IMEI
Most network providers will require the unique IMEI number of your device to perform the network unlock. There are a few ways you can check your IMEI number:
- Go to [Settings] > [About Phone] > [Status] or
- Dial *#06# to retrieve your IMEI on-screen. If the *#06# doesn’t work, we recommend using the *#66# to check the IMEI on your OPPO phone.
Obtain unlock code from your current network provider
Network locks are created by the mobile network provider, instead of OPPO who is the manufacturer. Therefore, before changing network providers, you will need to contact your existing network provider to obtain an unlock code. Fees may apply. Please refer to the below on how to contact different network providers:

Entering the unlock code on your phone
After receiving the unlock code from your current network provider, follow the below steps:
- Turn off your phone. Insert your NEW network provider’s SIM into the phone.
- Turn on the phone and wait for it to display the below screen. Select [Unlock].
- Unlock].
- Dial *#475838912# on your phone. If this code doesn’t work, you can try these other codes:
1. *#789#
2.*#47583891#
3. *#3988691#
- Enter the unlock code and tap [OK].
