New Feenix Student Debt Bursaries South Africa 2022 – 2023 - anonyshu

New Feenix Student Debt Bursaries South Africa 2022 – 2023

Feenix Students Funds Feenix was created in reaction to the #FeesMustFall movement that swept South African tertiary students in 2015 and 2016. Standard Bank is one of the original partners of Feenix, a Public Benefit Organization and crowdfunding platform.

Feenix aids students at public universities through three channels:
1. Crowdfunding: In order to raise funds for outstanding tuition fees, students post their personal stories on crowdfunding websites.
2. Bursary program: This is a scheme in which organizations grant funding to university students who have outstanding student debt.
3. Full student assistance: students receive holistic development support to ensure their success in university and the workplace.

ABOUT THE DFFE BURSARY PROGRAMME – FIELDS COVERED

Feenix is inviting students to apply for their 2 types of bursary programmes:

  • Feenix 2022 Graduate Bursary: is for students with outstanding student debt who completed undergraduate degree courses in Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, Finance, and Commerce in 2019, 2020, or 2021.
